DISTILLERY OPEN DAY: Sun 10th Dec. 
Our annual open day is back, and this year it’s a little bit different. On Sun 10th Dec we’re flinging open the doors and running tours of our award winning yet humble distillery. Drams & good times await! 

TOURS TO SEE THE DISTILLERY
Each tour will include a walk through of our process, from mashing the grain in the Hallertau mash tun, to fermentation, to distilling through our hand beaten copper pot stills - and a dram or two along the way. Your host will be our award winning Head Distiller, Mat Thomson. He loves to chat so bring your whisky questions! Tickets to the 3 tours will be limited. 

CELLAR DOOR SHOP
Come and sample the range - we’ll have past Thomson Whisky special releases, along with core range favourites available. There is no charge to attend the cellar door shop of course, and this year we will be situated in the Hallertau 'Red Room' inside the restaurant. 
Special guest brands: Hallertau beers, Foundry Chocolate, Mt Atkinson Coffee
