TWO TONE PENICILLIN

45ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
15ml ginger liqueur
20ml Lemon juice
20ml honey syrup
Dash of Thomson South Island Peat single malt whisky
Garnished with candied ginger

Add the Two Tone whisky, lemon juice, ginger liqueur and honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with a dash of South Island Peat single malt whisky. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
