TWO TONE GINGER, BY PEACH PIT

Fresh muddled ginger
15ml smoked ginger syrup
60ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
15ml Chambord

Muddle fresh ginger with smoked ginger syrup. Add Thomson and Chambord. Top with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into ice-filled glass.
