45ml Thomson Two Tone whisky
30ml St Germain elderflower
15ml Kruskovac pear liquor
Sencho green tea
Grapefruit bitters
Fresh nashi pear
Lime
Muddle Kruskovac pear liquor and fresh nashi pear. Add Two Tone whisky, St Germain elderflower, ice and grapefruit bitters. Shake with ice. Double strain over tea rimmed Collins glass and top with green tea. Garnish with fresh nashi pear slice.
