75ml Frozen Victor Blanc de Blanc Gin
2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 Dash of Absinthe
Lemon coin to garnish
Dash Peychaud’s Bitters and Absinthe into a frozen martini glass and swirl to coat. Pour in frozen gin and garnish with lemon coin. Drink rapidly while still cold!
